	“I wouldn’t normally use it on a boy of your age. And even on an older boy I wouldn’t normally give more than six strokes over the seat of the trousers. It’s very severe, you see, and to use it properly you need to hit as hard as you can manage.” Donton nodded again. “I can hit very hard.
