Firstly, we must apologise for the
lamentable standard of service during recent months. This has been due the
extremely poor health suffered by the driving force behind our organisation.
There has now been a significant
shift in policy and procedures that will necessarily take some time to
implement and we, therefore, request your patience.
We shall continue to trade
exclusively as a mail order company, accepting remittances and most major
credit cards by post to the long-standing address detailed on this page.
Additionally, we plan to set up a shopping basket on this site.
In an effort to facilitate communication, we propose to provide an email service from this website but, once again, this may take some time to initiate.
We are confident that the previous, excellent, normal service will resume over the next few months.
